I am a neurologist and neuroscientist on the faculty at the University of Central Florida Medical School.  Originally, I started this site when I was at Dartmouth Medical School to list links that could be good teaching resources for medical students and residents there. The main contenct still consists of the numerous categorized links to neurology, neuroscience, and other medically related topics.  Recently I have added more content in the form of news feeds and a Blog. Let me also make the disclaimer that these are just references to information.  Do not  rely on what you find here to treat yourself or anyone else. Physicians and other health care providers must use their own judgement and multiple inputs from many sources to reach decisions. Information found here is not diagnostic or treatment advice from me or from this web site. If you have any suggestions or comments, you may leave them in the Guestbook.----Thank you.

Getting Into the Blogging Business--Medical Information Blog
This is the first entry in my new blog. I started two new sections of the website: How to Find Medical and Scientific Information and Informative Physician Blog.  Links to thiese sections are on the link bar on the left side of the page.  The medical and scientific information section is basically an essay on how to find free or, at least, rather inexpensive medical and scientific information on the web. Though there is nothing secret about any of this information, some people may be surprised how many free full text journal articles, not to mention whole books, are available. The other section is what I hope will be a growing collection of blogs from other physicians.  I may broaden this soon to include scientists and other healthcare workers as well.

Listed below are the first medical blogs that I have included. All of these are from the same person, a Dr. Joseph Kim MD MPH.  Let me know if you have any other suggestions for medical blogs to include in my listing.
